• C-r restarts a conversation's Claude on the same transcript.
• g lists the groups already in use (every directory) above the prompt, filtered while you type; Tab takes the first one.
• Filter the list by group / tag: f in the list (g:work t:urgent), or -G / --group and -t / --tag at start; kept per directory across restarts. -a / --all starts with every directory.

• Fewer list keys: C-n new (was n), C-d delete (was d / D), l label (was r). Removed R (the list rescans after every poll), z (same as Alt-z), and every movement key but j k and the arrows (C-n C-p, C-v M-v, M-< M->).
